Members of the ISJAC Board of Directors, Leadership Team, and Membership Engagement Task Force will host moderated Listening Sessions covering a wide range of topics.

The Member Engagement Task Force is charged with:
- Assessing current member needs and expectations
- Reflecting on current programming, communication, membership value, and community building
- Distilling core themes that should guide ISJAC’s efforts
- Informing future strategic planning work

As part of ISJAC’s partnership with JazzComposersPresent.com, fully paid ISJAC members are invited to watch and participate in four curated livestreamed events per year. The next event will be a Composer Spotlight on Wednesday, December 17th, 2025 at 7:00pm Eastern featuring composer, pianist, and bandleader Frank Carlberg (Frank Carlberg Large Ensemble, Frank Carlberg's World Circus, New England Conservatory), hosted by Daniel Jamieson. Frank will be presenting “Composition And/Or Recomposition." While we hope you will join us live and participate in the Q&A, the event will remain available for 48 hours so you can enjoy it afterwards as well.
