ISJAC is pleased to partner with JazzComposersPresent.com to provide our members with four Composer Spotlight livestreams each year.

JazzComposersPresent is an online space where composers, musicians, and listeners come together to celebrate the music we love. They livestream masterclasses, listening sessions, roundtables, group lessons and artist Q&As. Their complete events archive contains over 300 full-length masterclasses featuring world-class composers, arrangers, and performers.

For ISJAC Members: The next event will be a Composer Spotlight on Saturday, May 9th at 1:00pm ET featuring Grammy-nominated composer & conductor Miho Hazama (Danish Radio Big Band, Metropole Orchestra, m_unit), hosted by Chelsea McBride.

Miho will be presenting "'Live Life This Day': Composing Music Inspired By Another Writer" featuring music from her latest album with the Danish Radio Big Band and Danish National Symphony Orchestra and taking questions live.

While we hope you will join us live and participate in the Q&A, the event will remain available so you can enjoy it afterwards as well.
